Corporate Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to spearhead our company's financial strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in developing and implementing financial plans, managing risk, and providing strategic guidance to senior management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Financial Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive profitability and minimize costs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Financial Guidance: Provide expert advice and support to senior managers on financial matters.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports and budgets.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow and make recommendations for investments.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in the construction, hotel, or real estate industry.
  • A degree in Commerce (BCOM) with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong planning and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of driving change and improving processes.
