Senior Corporate Partnership Specialist

The role of a Corporate Relationship Manager involves onboarding corporates onto the TReDS platform, activating them for transactions, and maintaining relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Maximizing throughput from all onboarded corporates in their portfolio.
- Ensuring profitability parameters and charges are optimized for each corporate relationship and the portfolio overall.
- Increasing throughput, outstanding, revenues, yields & other business performance metrics for assigned geographies.
- Growing partner/distribution networks and tapping into underutilized segments/companies/territories for business.
- Achieving sales targets in line with established revenue & volume targets.
- Maintain strong relationships at CXO/promoter levels and decision makers.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow business.
- Manage direct, support, and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Fintech domain.
- Experience in Core Sales, Market Expansion/Penetration, Business Development in Financial Services domain.
- Graduate degree (preferably in Finance/Commerce).
- Strong analytical skills.
