Job Title: Strategic Learning Manager

As a Strategic Learning Manager, you will oversee the entire learning process, from development to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless integration and smooth user experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with various stakeholders to create engaging content, update training programs, and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement LMS strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage LMS user accounts, permissions, and train trainers on the LMS tool
  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within the LMS
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and refine online content
  • Create and manage learning dashboards to track performance metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in LMS management, training, or e-learning development
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and multimedia tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with PPT, WORD, and EXCEL
  • Proficiency in using Canva and video making software such as VYOND and Articulate
  • Strong content writing and development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
