We are seeking an exceptional Learning Strategist

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, identifying opportunities to bridge talent gaps and drive growth mindsets throughout the organization.

We want someone who thinks creatively about learning, moving beyond workshops, learning hours, and LMS dashboards. Instead, we need a natural innovator who can reimagine how learning happens and why it matters.

A key responsibility will be to design and implement innovative learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our employees and drive business success.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, influencing the way we approach learning and development across the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect learning to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
