Regional Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Development Manager to drive awareness and engagement for various programs across India.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.\
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position it as a top choice for business and tech education.\
  • Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.\
  • Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.\
  • Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.\
  • Develop and implement effective outreach plans that meet the organization's objectives.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.\
  • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and progress.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outreach and stakeholder management.\
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.\
  • Travel extensively as required to support regional outreach initiatives.\
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in outreach efforts.\
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.\
  • Conduct regular assessments of outreach effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.\
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and opinion leaders in the education sector.\
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and developments.\
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Contribute to the creation of case studies and success stories highlighting effective outreach practices.\
  • Help to develop and implement new outreach initiatives and programs.\
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members as needed.\
  • Assist in managing budgets and resources for outreach initiatives.\
  • Review and analyze data on outreach performance and provide actionable insights to inform future initiatives.\
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in outreach operations.\
  • Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the team.\
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.\
  • The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field.\
  • 3-4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management is preferred.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.\
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities are required.\
  • High energy, self-motivation, and target-driven qualities are necessary for this role.\
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
