The Role
We are seeking a seasoned People Operations Business Partner to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and ensuring we maintain a great working environment for our global remote team.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming new hires on their first day, introducing them to our company policies and values, and coordinating all aspects of onboarding, including asset distribution and access setup.
Additionally, you will conduct thorough background verification checks for new employees in collaboration with our vendor partners, schedule regular check-ins with team members to ensure high job satisfaction and productivity levels, and partner with leaders to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
You will also provide expert guidance on company policies and culture as the primary point of contact for employees, develop engaging activities to boost team morale, both online and offline, and craft essential communication materials, such as email templates, policy documents, and announcements.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with leadership to create and implement policies that reflect our vision, mission, and core values, design initiatives to minimize turnover and maximize retention rates, lead exit interviews, and oversee the offboarding process from start to finish.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need 8+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related field, a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, exceptional attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
You must have high energy levels and be able to plan and execute engaging activities, a natural talent for building relationships with colleagues and team members, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record in people operations, staffing, and large-scale HR roles.
Familiarity with local labor laws and employee relations case management is required, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations, strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works, etc.
Prior experience working with remote teams exceeding 250 members is an advantage.
