Job Title: Cultural Content Specialist
">The role involves working with art and culture partners to manage their content on our platform. This includes providing access to the content management system, answering questions, and guiding partners through the standard partner lifecycle.
">The lifecycle consists of three phases: ingestion, curation, and publication. The specialist will help partners upload their collection, create online stories, and present their content for amplification.
">Key tasks include troubleshooting issues, ongoing communication of progress, and project status escalation. Optional tasks may involve working with operations teams to coordinate digitization projects.
">The specialist will also support the organization and logistics of physical events and drive forward projects with seamless planning and execution.
">Another key responsibility is to grow the number of art and culture partners and related content via new prospects. This involves presenting our offer, outlining terms and conditions, and using coordination and tracking tools.
">Occasionally, this mission can involve travel to a prospect's location.
