Senior Recruiting Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Recruiting Leader to oversee our US and Canadian talent acquisition efforts. This role will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters who will support the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in supervising and developing employees in the US Recruiting function and 5+ years of experience in the US Recruiting industry. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Supervise and coach a team of 15 recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requisitions and leverage diverse candidate pools
  • Prepare and present HR metrics reports to talent acquisition and HR management
  • Measure recruitment advertising efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that drive business results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and other recruiting teams
  • Provide coaching and training to recruiters to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identify and mitigate recruitment risks and develop contingency plans
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in supervising and developing employees in the US Recruiting function
  • 5+ years of experience in the US Recruiting industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
