
Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading our recruitment team and driving end-to-end recruitment strategies. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment plans, ensure a seamless hiring process, and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent through diverse sourcing channels.
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities, assist in creating detailed job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market insights and hiring trends to stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
- Train and develop recruitment team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Set recruitment targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding:
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Enable the team to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands.
- Evaluate all hires based on skills, performance, and cultural fit.
- Promote the employer brand and encourage the team to proactively seek out top talent.
Process Management, Compliance & Reporting:
- Optimize the use of the ATS and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and present reports to leadership.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years + proven experience, with minimum 3 years in leadership position.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
