PACS Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced PACS Analyst to provide technical assistance to users of our imaging information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for imaging applications and solutions.
  • Handle network and workstation-related issues.
  • Implement changes to the imaging applications and other supported systems.
  • Recommend improvements and optimize system efficiency.

You will work on:

  • Testing new systems, version upgrades, interfaces, and modifications in accordance with our quality management processes.
  • Monitoring applications and systems proactively.
  • Maintaining accurate and current documentation.
  • Providing on-call coverage for user support.
  • Performing system audits as required by our quality management system.

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, health informatics, or a related field.
  • At least three years prior PACS Systems experience and overall, 8-10 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of workflow associated with imaging core labs and clinical trials.
  • Basic understanding of DICOM, HL7, IHE, and other health-related standards.
  • Experience working with multiple operating systems, modalities, and clinical systems.
