Job Summary\
We are seeking a talented IT Monitoring Analyst to provide technical assistance to users of our Imaging Information Systems. The primary responsibility of this role will be to analyze user needs and requirements, including application installation and testing, problem resolution, writing user documentation, application and server maintenance, and management report creation.\
\
As an IT Monitoring Analyst, you will work on day-to-day operational support for imaging applications and solutions provided by our Innovation and IT Team. This includes handling network and workstation-related issues, change requests, and vendor modifications. You will also recommend improvements to increase the efficiency of our imaging applications and systems.\
\
Key Responsibilities\
* Provide proactive monitoring of applications and systems supported by our Innovation and IT Team* Maintain accurate and current documentation regarding systems and applications* Perform system and application audits as required* Participate in after-hours on-call coverage for user support\\
\
Requirements\
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, health informatics, or a related field* At least three years prior experience with PACS Systems, with a total of 8-10 years of experience* Knowledge of workflow associated with imaging core labs and clinical trials is desirable* Experience working with multiple operating systems, modalities, and clinical systems* Excellent hands-on computer skills with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Suite* Good knowledge of ITIL* Self-driven, ability to get the job done with little supervision, can-do positive attitude\\
