Job Description

The primary responsibility of the IT PACS Analyst is to provide technical assistance to users of IE's Imaging Information Systems, including analysis of user needs and requirements such as application installation and testing, application problem resolution, writing user documentation, application and server maintenance, and management report creation.

This role will be solutions-oriented, facilitate timely deliverables, and meet the needs of the business and all stakeholders with respect to applications and systems support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational support for imaging applications/solutions provided and/or supported by the Innovation Team.
  • Network/workstation related issue handling.
  • Change requests modifications and updates to imaging applications and other applications/systems provided and or supported by the Innovation Team, and vendors.
  • Recommendations for improvements and increase the efficiency of imaging applications and other systems/applications provided and/or supported by the Innovation Team.
  • Testing new systems, version upgrades, interfaces, and other system modifications in accordance with Quality Management processes and procedures.
  • Proactive monitoring of applications/systems provided and/or supported by the Innovation Team.
  • Accurate and current documentation regarding systems/applications provided and/or supported by the Innovation Team.
  • User support on-call coverage.
  • System/application audits as required by Quality Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong customer service focus, excellent follow-up skills, and strong documentation skills are required.
