Job Overview

Our organization is dedicated to providing innovative solutions for water pollution control and recovery. We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by developing and implementing quality control and assurance processes and procedures.

The QAQC Engineer will conduct quality audits, perform inspections, and identify quality issues to ensure continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct quality audits, perform inspections, and identify quality issues.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance.
  • Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
  • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
  • Review codes, specifications, and processes.
  • Monitor all incoming, process & final inspection activities.
  • Verify raw material and inspect bought out components.
  • Train quality and production personnel to improve quality and reduce rejection.
  • Prepare incoming inspection reports and maintain rejection and rework records.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma with adequate experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance/control, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Codes (ASTM SEC II Part A & B, Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VII) and ISO standards.
  • Familiarity with 7 QC tools.
  • Experience in oil and gas processes is preferred.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, written and oral communication, and attention to detail.
  • Technical understanding, design skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Quality control, quality assurance, and inspection skills.
  • Experience in quality auditing and quality management.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
Additional Qualifications
  • Certifications in quality control and assurance.
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction sectors.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis software.
