Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual and automated testing, collaborating with developers and product teams, and improving QA processes to deliver seamless user experience.
Your primary focus will be on designing, documenting, and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for web, mobile, and backend applications. You will also perform regression and repetitive tasks using automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman.

- Defect Tracking:
- Experience in QA/testing for Web, Mobile, and Backend systems.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing and exposure to automation testing.
- Familiarity with tools & frameworks: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright, Appium / Espresso / XCUITest, Postman / REST Assured / JMeter.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
