Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in inspection, testing, and quality assurance for castings and metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies to ensure compliance with quality assurance plans (QAP).
  • Conduct internal and external quality tests, including visual inspection, dimensional inspection, hydrostatic pressure testing, liquid penetrant testing (LPT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and radiographic testing (RT).
  • Prepare and review inspection reports (internal and third-party).
  • Liaise with third-party inspection agencies and on-site inspectors to ensure smooth execution of inspections as per schedule and client requirements.
  • Develop and execute Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) based on specific customer standards and project requirements.
  • Perform daily production testing and inspection in the presence of third-party inspectors.
  • Collaborate with NABL-accredited laboratories to ensure adherence to national/international testing standards.
  • Supervise and quality check heat treatment of castings.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in handling, usage, and calibration of precision measuring tools and gauges.
  • Hands-on experience in destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT).
