Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and implement quality plans in conjunction with production schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints and quality issues in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of quality management principles and practices, including ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Inspecting raw materials and finished products for quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Maintaining and calibrating quality control equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with quality management principles and practices, including ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
