Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to guarantee the highest standards of quality and user experience for our web and mobile applications. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product excellence.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of manual and automated testing processes, methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools, as well as hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers to understand application features and design effective test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and performance testing, improving testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on leadership and mentoring.
- Expert-level understanding of manual and automated testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing, including browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to write complex SQL queries for testing purposes.
