Software Quality Assurance Specialist

This role involves performing thorough testing to ensure the quality of products. Key responsibilities include manual and automation testing, developing test cases and scripts, conducting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:- Ensure product quality through effective testing strategies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, plans, and scripts
- Conduct various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Collaborate with development and product teams to align on requirements and fixes
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing efforts
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products
- Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes
- Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter
- Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Postman, Appium (desired)
- Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and SNMP
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
