Our organization is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineering Leader. This key role requires an experienced individual to oversee and guide the quality assurance team, define standards for quality excellence, and develop strategies for automation testing.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and BrowserStack. Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript are also essential. Additionally, expertise in testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS) technologies is necessary. Knowledge of performance testing using tools like JMeter or K6 is beneficial.

This position involves collaboration with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of software development. Responsibilities include managing test environments, coordinating testing activities across platforms, creating detailed test documentation, and mentoring junior quality assurance engineers.

  • Mentor and lead the quality assurance team to establish best practices and quality standards.
  • Design and implement automated testing strategies for regression and performance evaluation.
  • Establish and maintain quality processes across various platforms, including Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality into all stages of development.
  • Promote continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.
  • Manage test environments and orchestrate testing activities across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation and reporting.
  • Mentor junior quality assurance engineers to foster growth within the quality assurance function.
