About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Agile/Kanban/Scrum methodologies and IT service management operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication.
  • Trained and certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process an added advantage.
