Lead Quality Assurance

This role oversees the quality of map data by leading, mentoring and motivating a team of Quality analysts to achieve operational goals.

  • Identify challenges in data quality and proactively mitigate them.
  • Implement data validation rules and policies.
  • Monitor daily activities of Quality analysts to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and client guidelines.
  • Track team performance using KPIs and provide actionable feedback.

Candidates should have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and reporting skills, as well as experience in quality control management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Certifications in quality management are desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
