Key Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for key metrics: return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
