Oracle Subscription Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Subscription Management expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of our Oracle Subscription Management module. This critical role will be pivotal in driving business success by delivering seamless subscription management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement the Oracle Subscription Management module to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system configurations.
  • Define and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules to optimize revenue growth.
  • Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Perform thorough testing and validation to guarantee business requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Subscription Management.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • In-depth understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
