Oracle Subscription Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud to take on this key role.

About the Position:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable subscription management solutions that meet client needs.
  • Configure subscription products, pricing models, recurring billing, renewals, and amendments to optimize revenue streams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define subscription lifecycles and develop effective recurring revenue models.
  • Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, leveraging expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other technologies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring subscription products, pricing, usage-based billing, and renewals.
  • Good grasp of Revenue Management (RMCS), Receivables, and Order Management modules.
  • Exposure to subscription lifecycle management and SaaS/usage-based business models, with a solid understanding of their complexities.
  • Strong functional consulting skills, including requirement gathering, solution design, and client interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Subscription Management, Order Management, or Revenue Management.
  • Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, with a focus on subscription management.
  • Background in domains such as SaaS, telecom, media, or subscription-based industries, with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
