Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a seasoned expert in Oracle Flexcube to support customization and production support for the core banking system.

  • Support multiple modules within Oracle Flexcube, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design functional solutions for new business needs.
  • Have strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube configuration and deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Be capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage end-of-day/business operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document technical and functional solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Flexcube techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
  • Good experience with multiple modules, including Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, and Treasury.
  • Good knowledge of interfaces and integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
