Executive HR Position

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers and sourcing potential candidates through various platforms.
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates, as well as advertising job openings across different channels.
  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and conducting in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates.
  • Maintaining relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved and negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
  • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices, and performing reference and background checks.
  • Performing other office administration work, including efficient closing of Corporate and Club Level Hiring within defined timelines.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree or result awaiting candidate can apply.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
