As a seasoned HR expert, you will lead our company's human resources function and oversee administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy: Develop effective policies, procedures, and best practices to drive organisational success.
  • Talent Management: End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee engagement, training, and professional development programs.
  • Administration: Supervise general administration including facilities, vendor management, and office services.
  • Analytics: Provide HR data analysis and reports for strategic decision making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors.
  • Solid understanding of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
