Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Manager (Individual Contributor Role) with 4–5 years of experience to manage and enhance all aspects of the HR function independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This is a hands-on role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without a team reporting to you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
  • Work closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor with full ownership of HR responsibilities.
