We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our human resources operations in the manufacturing sector based in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementing effective HR strategies aligned with our business objectives.

This position requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, addressing employee grievances, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.

  • Strong knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
  • Experience in employee relations and HR policy implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
