Key Responsibilities

  1. Conflict Resolution: Find effective solutions to disputes and disagreements between individuals or groups.
  2. Delegation: Assign tasks or responsibilities to others while maintaining accountability for overall outcomes.
  3. Process Improvement: Drive improvements through data insights, implement automation where possible, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Optimize business processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product or service quality.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  6. Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinate with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  7. Coaching/Mentoring: Guide, support, and motivate individuals or teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
  8. Team Engagement: Organize team engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  9. Problem Solving: Break down simple problems, identify potential solutions, and take action to resolve the issue.
  10. Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interpret data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  11. Effective Communication: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of unique needs to different audiences.
  12. Effective Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations, including organizing the presentation, designing visual aids, modulating voice, using body language, making eye contact, and demonstrating confidence.
