Technical Project Manager

Overview of the Role

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of complex technology initiatives that power our products and client solutions worldwide. This role involves working autonomously and collaboratively across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive progress against goals, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery.
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform business needs into clear, actionable plans.
  • Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs and progress.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
