Transformative Leadership for Global Commerce

A visionary leader is needed to build and scale our Ocean & Air product vertical in India.

This role requires strategic vision, ground floor execution, and the ability to drive results through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ocean freight and supply chain experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team responsible for designing and executing global carrier strategies, including procurement, pricing, and commercial operations.
  • Develop and implement scalable air freight solutions to support unique verticals and segments.
  • Partner with sales organization on global RFQ's by providing pricing strategy and commercial support.
  • Provide executive-level support to largest global accounts, acting as an executive sponsor.
  • Educate teams on trade-specific market knowledge and idiosyncrasies.

What You'll Need:

  • 15+ years of prior Ocean Freight experience at a top freight forwarder or carrier.
  • Strategic vision and ground floor execution.
  • Bias to Action, Process, Structure and Data.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • An obsession with client happiness.
  • Ability to travel locally, nationally and internationally.
