Job Description

You will set delivery frameworks, drive programme governance, and lead high-impact initiatives that shape how financial services adopt AI globally.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives
  2. Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  3. Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  4. Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  5. Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact

Requirements:

  • Experienced delivery leader or programme manager with a background in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programmes
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programmes and driving organisational change
