Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Your primary objective will be to plan, coordinate, and execute projects efficiently, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will need to possess strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services or software industry. You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Excel, and Word, as well as experience with reporting and analytics tools. Familiarity with work management platforms like Wrike or Smartsheet is also desirable.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on customer satisfaction and collaboration. They will be able to think strategically, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project charters and proposals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members, and facilitate effective communication among them.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks and issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address project deviations and variances.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software, including MS Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with work management platforms like Wrike or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to think strategically, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
