Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and result-driven Customer Success Associate to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers proactively to deliver exceptional service and support, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effectively address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently, focusing on retention and growth opportunities.
- Leverage sales acumen to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory), with additional proficiency in other regional languages an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, delivering results-oriented service.
- Fresher and experienced candidates welcome to apply, with experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles preferred.

Employment Details:
- Shift: Rotational Shifts (Female employees – day shifts until 8 PM; Male employees – full rotational shifts).
