We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the Role- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including email, phone calls, and live chat.
- Upsell premium packages and add-on services to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about publishing services, such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options.
- Gather insights from customers on their experience, identifying areas for improvement.
- Share valuable customer feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous)
- Customer-first mindset and genuine passion for helping customers succeed
- Proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services
- Ability to gather insights from customer interactions and report key findings
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
