A. Job Overview:
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and growth across various product categories. Your key focus will be on delivering against targets, managing relationships with existing partners, and identifying opportunities for new business.
B. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through partnerships and collaborations.
- Manage and grow existing business relationships, ensuring smooth functioning and maximum ROI.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and industry connections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales pipelines, leverage available resources, and implement product enhancements.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver customizations, size up opportunities, and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Conduct partner training programs, panel discussions, and reward and recognition events to foster partner engagement.
- Develop and manage brand positioning strategies, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
C. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Enterprise sales, channel management, or relationship management experience.
- Experience in FX retail is preferred.
- CXO or leadership engagement capabilities.
- Financial products and tech knowledge.
- Ability to build external, internal, and cross-functional relationships for growth objectives.
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools.
- Data-driven and service-oriented approach.
- Proactive, self-driven, and persistent mindset.
