Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and optimize customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform. As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and configuring campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns in Braze
  • Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs
  • Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Braze workflows
  • Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance
  • Ensure best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze, enabling them to leverage the platform effectively

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Braze platform
  • Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web)
  • Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms
  • Able to work independently in a remote, agile environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
