Business Data Analyst Position
:The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing business data, generating reports, and ensuring the effective use of Management Information Systems (MIS) to support decision-making. The role involves data collection, processing, and reporting to improve operational efficiency and business performance.Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Analysis:o Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources.o Maintain and update MIS databases with accurate and timely information.o Generate and interpret reports to support management in decision-making.
2. Report Generation:o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.o Develop dashboards, charts, and visual presentations for performance tracking.o Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
3. System Management & Support:o Ensure the smooth functioning of MIS tools and software.o Identify system inefficiencies and suggest improvements.o Coordinate with IT teams for software updates and troubleshooting.
4. Coordination & Communication:o Collaborate with different departments to gather data and insights.o Assist management with data-driven recommendations.o Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines.
5. Process Optimization & Compliance:o Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis.o Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and data accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred: Experience in ERP or CRM systems. Knowledge of automation tools like VBA, Macros.
