Contract Specialist Role

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial agreements and contract management principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and managing commercial contracts, including negotiation, review, and execution. They will also provide expert advisory services to business teams on contract-related queries.

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and MIS of contracts.

  • Drafting of commercial agreements including NDAs, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Endorsement Agreement, Product Purchase Agreements, Marketing Agreement, SaaS Agreements, Sourcing Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Contribution Agreement, and more.
  • Review, negotiation, and execution of commercial contracts.
  • Preparing summaries of critical clauses in executed contracts to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Providing expert advisory services to the business teams on contract-related queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and MIS of contracts.
Requirements
  1. Strong understanding of commercial agreements and contract management principles.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
