As a Business Advisory Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting our organizational controls, governance, risk management, and audit operations. This critical role ensures that our processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and perform thorough risk analyses across various business functions, including supply chain, marketing, sales, customer experience, technology, and more.
- Create process efficiencies and ensure impactful business outcomes.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal audit and enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to maintain accurate risk registers and support mitigation plans.
- Monitor emerging risks, particularly in areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, ESG, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors, legal, and compliance teams as needed.
- Participate in and drive standardization automation projects to enhance process efficiency.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a Chartered Accountant or postgraduate degree in finance.
- Strong first-principles thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
