Job Title: Organizational Development Manager

The successful candidate will lead organizational development, oversee administrative functions and drive strategic initiatives to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and best practices to align with organizational goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and talent retention processes
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits and performance management systems
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training and professional development programs
  • Supervise general administration including facilities management, vendor relationships and office services
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports for informed decision making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export or real estate sectors
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws, HR practices and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
