
Visionary Salesforce Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled team lead to spearhead and mentor our development teams in creating cutting-edge Salesforce integration solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and guide the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and integration techniques to drive innovation within the team.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration projects.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Integration, including knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and related technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce integration.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
