Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce integration solutions. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, as well as experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar. They will also be proficient in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript, and have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce integration solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and industry standards

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Integration, including knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data migration
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and related technologies
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce integration
