Company Overview Hastree Technologies founded in 2019 and headquartered in Noida is a global leader in IT services and consulting with a strong presence in India the U S Australia Canada and Europe The company focuses on digital transformation offering innovative strategies and flexible staffing solutions With a workforce size of 11-50 employees Hastree Technologies upholds a mission to empower businesses by scaling agile processes enhancing localization and delivering exceptional customer experiences Job Overview We are seeking a Salesforce OmniStudio professional for a mid-level position at Hastree Technologies This is a remote contract-to-hire role in the IT services and consulting industry The successful candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce technologies particularly OmniStudio and will contribute to innovative digital solutions that meet our clients dynamic needs Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Salesforce OmniStudio is required for designing building and developing customizable solutions for business needs Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components to develop efficient and effective web applications Experience with Salesforce Apex programming language for backend development and customization Skilled in Salesforce Data Modeling to accurately represent organizational data and meet business requirements Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using industry-standard methodologies Strong understanding of agile methodologies to manage projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with Salesforce platform best practices to ensure high performance and reliability of solutions Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver tailored solutions Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement Salesforce OmniStudio solutions to meet client specifications and enhance business capabilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Create configure and maintain Lightning Web Components to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces Perform data modeling to ensure data integrity and support analytics across Salesforce applications Execute seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability Contribute to agile project delivery participating in sprint planning sessions and collaborating with team members Analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing solutions implementing fixes and improvements as needed Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and updates to leverage new features and optimize solutions
