Job Title: IT Systems Visionary

About the Role

We seek an experienced IT Systems Visionary to lead our technical strategy and architecturally blueprint USS applications during the discovery phase.

You will be responsible for creating a technical vision and architectural blueprint for USS applications, leading technical workshops to understand current systems and integration needs, and developing high-level architecture of existing systems.

Assessing existing infrastructure and recommending optimization strategies, identifying technical risks, and proposing mitigation strategies are key aspects of this role.

Collaboration with stakeholders is crucial to detailing out the current application components and integration.

  • 8+ years of experience as an architect with hands-on development expertise.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.

Key Competencies: Middleware - Integration Middleware - Informatica, Middleware - API Middleware - API (SOAP, REST), Programming Language - Salesforce - SAAS CRM.

  • Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of integration strategies.
