SALARY : 25LPA - Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), specifically focused on Core Financials modules. This role is critical in bridging the gap between finance teams and technical teams to implement, enhance, and support financial processes within D365 F&O.

Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial processes across GL, AR, AP, FA, and budgeting modules.

- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand current processes and identify gaps/improvement opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for D365 F&O Lead or support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of D365 F&O core financials functionality.

- Support ongoing operations by troubleshooting financial module issues and coordinating with technical teams.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and documentation.

- Work with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of financial solutions.

- Maintain documentation of business processes, configurations, and system changes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

- 6-10 years of experience as a BSA or Functional Consultant with financial ERP systems.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O Financial modules.

- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AR, AP, FA, budgeting).

- Experience in creating functional design documents and process flows.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications (Finance-related).

- Experience with integrations, Power Platform, or data migration tools (e.g., Data Management Framework).

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, or other accounting standards.

- Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, or professional services is a plus.
