Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze, design, and optimize systems and processes to ensure effective translation of business requirements into functional and scalable technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system integrations and data flows between e-commerce applications.
  • Define API specifications, data mappings, and technical workflows.
  • Write SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers to clarify technical constraints and feasibility.
  • Document technical requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and basic scripting.
  • Experience in system architecture, analytical data modeling, process mapping, and UML/BPMN diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in retail e-commerce domain is highly desirable.
