Job Description

The role of SAP SD Consultant involves analyzing existing business processes and recommending improvements using SAP best practices. This includes preparing Business Process Documents, Functional Specifications, and Solution Blueprints.

SAP SD Consultants work on configuring core SAP SD components, including Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Billing Types, and Delivery Documents. They also determine tax based on geography and customer segment, and design output determination, credit management, and rebates.

Integration and cross-module support are crucial aspects of this role. SAP SD Consultants must ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, such as FI, MM, and PP. They collaborate with technical teams for RICEF developments, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

This position requires 5-6+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including 2+ full lifecycle implementations in S/4HANA. Strong knowledge of Pricing Procedures, Order Management, and Billing Configuration is essential. Tax Configuration, Delivery Scheduling, Shipping Point Determination, and Availability Check are also critical skills.

Proficiency in cross-functional integration with FI, MM, and PP is necessary, as well as familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ASAP, and SAP Activate methodologies. Experience with LSMW, IDOC, EDI integrations, and troubleshooting is highly valued.
