Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President. This role will involve leading complex finance and accounting blueprints, providing sound business rationale for improving the business case, and leading RFX submissions for new customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work simultaneously on different tasks. They will be responsible for driving thought leadership around best-in-class processes and best practice sharing, and will lead the designing of effective End-to-End process frameworks for our new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with many countries/regions in scope.
  • Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.
  • Lead RFX submissions for new Customers.
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework: industry specific nuances, best practices, case studies creation and release, benchmarking.
  • Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long term client opportunity.
  • Co-ordinate with Genpact teams on various project management related activities.
  • Review solutioning projects delivered by Practice/Re-engineering/ Operations SMEs.
  • Develop Genpact product offering in line with the industry changes – Optimum solution offering & digital offerings to support the solution design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment), out of which solid experience in people & project management.
  • Strong project and people management experience.
